Licences handled
We find out whether your work needs a building licence or a declaración responsable and submit it to the town hall for you.
Reduced IVA where it applies
Renovations of a private home often qualify for 10% IVA instead of 21%. We check this and invoice correctly.
Certified installations
New electrical work comes with the official certificate (boletín), so you can sign up with any energy supplier.
