Ground-floor extension
New rooms built into the garden, designed to look as though they had always been part of the house.
Project brief
Working from home and with family visiting often, the owners needed two extra rooms but did not want to move house or lose the feel of the garden.
Our solution
Our architect prepared the project and handled the building licence. We built a 30 m² single-storey extension with matching render, large sliding windows to the garden, underfloor heating and an insulated flat roof.
