Full flat renovation
A complete renovation of a 1960s flat: new layout, new installations and finishes, ready to move into on day one.
Project brief
The new owners bought a flat that had not been updated in decades. It had old wiring, a single small bathroom, gotelé on every wall and a corridor that wasted space.
Our solution
We redesigned the layout to gain a second bathroom and an open living and dining area. The flat was fully rewired with a new electrical certificate, re-plumbed, insulated and fitted with new windows, porcelain floors, a new kitchen and two bathrooms.
