Villa facade and terrace
An exterior upgrade that cut the villa's cooling costs and gave it a clean, modern look.
Project brief
The villa's facade was cracked and stained, the windows let in heat in summer and the poolside terrace had uneven, slippery tiles.
Our solution
We added external thermal insulation (SATE) with a new white render, replaced all windows with thermal-break aluminium and rebuilt the terrace with non-slip porcelain tiles and new lighting.
