Villa renovation
A dated holiday villa turned into a comfortable year-round home.
Project brief
The owners planned to live in the villa all year. It needed a new roof, better insulation and a more modern kitchen and bathrooms.
Our solution
We replaced the roof with an insulated tiled roof, renewed all installations, fitted a new open kitchen and three bathrooms, and rebuilt the pool surround. Materials were ordered early to avoid delays with transport to the island.
